Robbie is a professional lighting designer and technician from Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received his MFA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his BA in Theatre from the University of Northern Colorado. Robbie has worked in theatre, dance, and opera, lighting shows ranging from intimate black boxes to large concert halls.

His love for lighting stems from his connection to the mountains where he grew up, looking for ways to capture the natural magic of the Rocky Mountains in the dynamic, colorful world of live performance.

When he is not in a performance space, Robbie can be found spending his time reconnecting with the outdoors, reading, or frequenting a local record store.
